This is my second pedal, the previous one was flush with the pedal, this one is further and higher, much prefered the other model. Still, I tried it yesterday on a 100 miles ride and it help to relax the foot on a long ride.

Nice product but it gets very slippery when wet. I'll be adding some friction tape to mine to prevent my foot from slipping.
